How this tracker works

Dates: only weekdays count. Each task starts the day after the tasks it is waiting on are done.
Late tasks: if a task is not marked Completed by its due date, it moves to today, and every task waiting on it moves too.
Waiting on: red means not done yet, green means done. Click a number to jump to that task.
Days: a starting estimate from the proposal. Change them any time and all dates update.
Moving tasks: use ↑ ↓ to change the order. Moving past the top or bottom of a stage takes the task into the next stage. You can also use Edit to choose a stage.
Space out work: when ticked, each person (Paulina, Nicky, Marcus, the Aura designer, GHL expert and developer) does one task at a time, in page order. Different people still work at the same time unless a task is listed in Waiting on.
Sub tasks: click Edit and choose a main task under "Sub task of". Sub tasks sit under their main task (numbered like 2.1a, 2.1b), and the main task's dates run from its first sub task to its last. Sub tasks also wait on whatever the main task waits on.
Revisions: paste a Loom (or any video) link in the Revisions box and press Enter. Each link is saved as Revision 1, Revision 2 and so on. Click ✕ to remove one.
Task numbers follow the order on the page, so they update when a task is moved. Dates change with order when "One task at a time per person" is ticked.
